Debora Wade is an artist living in Santa Cruz. She received her BA in Art at UCSC and received a Phi Beta Kappa award for her excellence in art, and study of French and Italian languages and culture. In 1992 she got accepted into the Florence art school, Il Bisonte, but had to leave Italy due to complications of Crohn’s disease. She has shown in various galleries and restaurants in Santa Cruz and San Francisco, and participated in Santa Cruz’ Open Studios.

Debora hosts figure drawing classes at Fairy-Tale Farm, an urban community garden she started in 2009.
